2. What data we process

Only the data you send through the contact form: name, email, company (if provided), project type, estimated budget (if provided), the content of your message and the page of this site you send it from.

This site does not use cookies or analytics tools.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data only to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep the data for as long as the conversation lasts and for no more than 12 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship requires us to keep it longer.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties. Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, which acts as a data processor and forwards the message by email; you can check how it processes data in its privacy policy (web3forms.com/privacy). The site is hosted on an IONOS SE server located in the European Union.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@mjdevs.com. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
